Die Nutzung von Kompetenzen in einer kollektiven Perspektive ist jedoch noch relativ wenig verbreitet. Die konsolidierte Analyse der individuellen Daten erm\u00f6glicht einen globalen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Wahrnehmung der Kompetenzen einer Population und stellt ein unsch\u00e4tzbares Steuerungsinstrument f\u00fcr das Management und die HR-Teams dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ein Instrument f\u00fcr das Coaching von Vorst\u00e4nden<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Konsolidierung der 360\u00b0-Daten eines F\u00fchrungsteams erm\u00f6glicht es, die beherrschten Kompetenzen und die Punkte zu identifizieren, die das Team gemeinsam st\u00e4rken muss. Sie zeigt auch den Grad ihrer Homogenit\u00e4t in Bezug auf das erwartete F\u00fchrungsverhalten. Auf der Grundlage dieser Daten kann das F\u00fchrungsteam gemeinsam \u00fcber seine Handlungsweisen, seine Wirkung als F\u00fchrungsinstanz, seine Funktionsregeln und seinen kollektiven Entwicklungsplan nachdenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ein Instrument zur Steuerung von HR-Programmen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die konsolidierte Analyse der Daten aus den einzelnen 360\u00b0-Berichten gibt einen genauen \u00dcberblick dar\u00fcber, welche Kompetenzen bereits beherrscht werden und welche noch ausgebaut werden m\u00fcssen. Ein Beispiel: Eine solche Analyse, die auf eine 360\u00b0-Kampagne angewandt wurde, die bei 300 F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften eines gro\u00dfen, weltweit t\u00e4tigen Finanzkonzerns durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, lieferte n\u00fctzliche Erkenntnisse. In diesem Unternehmen werden die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte - unter anderem - f\u00fcr ihre F\u00e4higkeit anerkannt, Ver\u00e4nderungen zu begleiten und Sinn zu stiften einerseits und ihre Kundenorientierung andererseits. Andererseits wurde ihre F\u00e4higkeit, Feedback zu geben und innovativ zu sein, als unzureichend wahrgenommen. Aufgrund dieser Erkenntnisse wurden die Investitionen in das Personalwesen entsprechend angepasst, indem bestimmte Budgets f\u00fcr Schulungen neu zugewiesen und die Inhalte bestimmter Programme ge\u00e4ndert wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber eine einfache Konsolidierung hinaus bietet der Einsatz spezieller Techniken (Faktoranalyse, Kreuztabellen, Quartilanalysen usw.) unterschiedliche Schl\u00fcssel zum Verst\u00e4ndnis der Populationen, z.
