Los programas adoptaron diferentes formas y se impartieron a distancia en distintos formatos pero, tras un necesario periodo de ajuste, continuaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este contexto, hemos consolidado los resultados de varios centenares de&nbsp;<strong>comentarios<\/strong>&nbsp;360\u00b0 realizados desde la primavera de 2020 y los someti\u00f3 a una serie de<strong>&nbsp;aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico&nbsp;<\/strong>para responder a una serie de preguntas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar, \u00bfqu\u00e9 impacto tiene la crisis sanitaria en el liderazgo? En segundo lugar, \u00bfest\u00e1n cambiando los atributos del liderazgo bajo la presi\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n, y a qu\u00e9 habilidades recurren en primer lugar? La distancia resultante de<strong>&nbsp;teletrabajo<\/strong>&nbsp;se traduce naturalmente en una necesidad de mayor proximidad, y las puntuaciones m\u00e1s altas se otorgan a quienes (directivos y tambi\u00e9n expertos) saben escuchar y comprender las motivaciones y situaciones de los dem\u00e1s. La capacidad de mantenerse centrado en las prioridades en un entorno incierto y que provoca ansiedad tambi\u00e9n es un punto fuerte a ojos de los encuestados. Adem\u00e1s de estos \"imprescindibles\", hay una serie de comportamientos emergentes que, seg\u00fan los participantes, determinan la calidad del liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Capacidad de dar sentido<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta habilidad fundamental se expresa a trav\u00e9s de una serie de comportamientos observables. En primer lugar, el&nbsp;<strong>la capacidad de explicar las cosas con claridad<\/strong>&nbsp;decisiones y acciones y conseguir que la gente se suba al carro. Las personas que mejor eval\u00faan estas cuestiones saben presentar los proyectos de forma sencilla y, sobre todo, concienciando a sus equipos de lo que les aportar\u00e1n las transformaciones. Discuten abiertamente los problemas y animan a la gente a identificar las oportunidades en lugar de temer los riesgos. Son especialmente conocidos por su capacidad no s\u00f3lo de recabar opiniones, sino tambi\u00e9n de darlas adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;con sus pares es tambi\u00e9n uno de sus puntos fuertes: no obedecen a ninguna l\u00f3gica territorial, comparten generosamente la informaci\u00f3n y desalientan los silos. Esto es tanto m\u00e1s notable cuanto que, desde 2020, observamos una tendencia al deterioro de las relaciones interfuncionales, en las que los directivos dedican espont\u00e1neamente m\u00e1s esfuerzo y tiempo a sus equipos naturales que a las relaciones con sus pares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, esta capacidad de unir a la gente se refleja en un agudo sentido de comunidad.&nbsp;<strong>reconocimiento<\/strong>&nbsp;los logros de los dem\u00e1s, y de los empleados en particular, mediante celebraciones formales o est\u00edmulos individuales o colectivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agilidad y transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes tambi\u00e9n se caracterizan por su capacidad para pensar de forma diferente y adaptarse a situaciones y entornos ambiguos y cambiantes.
