D'altro canto, il suo utilizzo in un contesto collettivo \u00e8 ancora relativamente poco diffuso. Tuttavia, l'analisi consolidata dei dati individuali fornisce una visione complessiva di come vengono percepite le competenze di una popolazione e rappresenta un prezioso strumento di orientamento per i team di gestione e di risorse umane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uno strumento di coaching per il comitato esecutivo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il consolidamento dei dati a 360\u00b0 di un team manageriale ci permette di identificare le competenze acquisite e le aree da rafforzare collettivamente. Inoltre, evidenzia il grado di omogeneit\u00e0 in termini di comportamenti di leadership attesi. Sulla base di questi dati, il team di gestione pu\u00f2 riflettere insieme sul suo modo di agire, sul suo impatto come organo di governo, sulle sue regole operative e sul suo piano di sviluppo collettivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uno strumento per la gestione dei programmi HR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un'analisi consolidata dei dati dei singoli rapporti a 360\u00b0 fornisce un quadro chiaro delle competenze gi\u00e0 padroneggiate e di quelle che devono essere rafforzate. A titolo di esempio, un'analisi di questo tipo applicata a una campagna a 360\u00b0 che ha coinvolto 300 senior manager di un importante gruppo globale del settore finanziario ha fornito alcuni utili insegnamenti. In questa azienda, i leader sono riconosciuti, tra l'altro, per la loro capacit\u00e0 di sostenere il cambiamento e dare un significato, da un lato, e per la loro attenzione al cliente, dall'altro. D'altro canto, la loro capacit\u00e0 di fornire feedback e di innovare \u00e8 stata percepita come insufficiente.
