There are a whole host of symptoms that can be observed today, and which argue in favour of setting up 360° assessments, 2 observations :

  1. the boom in second homes, because telecommuting makes it possible to live elsewhere than in cities. And today we're seeing a sort of disaffection with metropolises, in favour of smaller towns.
  2. Through hybrid management, very, very strong needs are emerging for more proximity and more belonging. What can you do when you're working remotely? At home, employees continue to participate in major collective projects. How can they continue to belong to a structure while being alone at home? How can you work remotely and still be recognised? Some managers with a tendency to control may exacerbate this control, or even micro-manage.

This raises questions about employability and professional development. How am I going to develop? In this context, the 360° assessment is an essential tool.
