360° Feedback: Manager-transformations

Target population and objectives

This 360° Feedback aims to assess the level of mastery of these key skills among senior and middle managers in charge of managing operational transformations.

The aim is to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, so that we can support them in their role as leaders of change.

Presentation of the model

The 360° questionnaire is based on the most recent observations and research on the leadership skills required to fulfil this level of responsibility.

It has been compiled from the Qualintra database, which is constantly being enriched in line with the projects we carry out for our customers.

The questionnaire is organised around 9 skill families:

  • Inspiration
  • Openness to change
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Team leadership
  • Skills development
  • Results orientation
  • Personal strength
  • Cooperation
  • Managing complexity

Each family is broken down into skills, and each skill is described in the form of several questions.

Each question assesses an observable behaviour on a six-point scale: strongly agree, agree, tend to agree, tend to disagree, disagree, strongly disagree.

Two open questions at the end of the questionnaire allow participants to express themselves freely on the strengths and areas for improvement that they see in the person being assessed.

These comments feed into the analysis of the figures and provide valuable material for interpreting the results.

Scores are expressed on a scale of 1 to 6.

Points of attention for coaches

This questionnaire is aimed at a senior and middle target group.

Assessments of certain behaviours that involve the participant, such as innovating or interacting, can go beyond the professional sphere to resonate more deeply in emotional spheres linked to personality.

Depending on the individual, the emotional charge can be strong and reactions of denial cannot be ruled out.

Debriefing this 360° event therefore requires a high level of sensitivity and empathy.

It must be carried out by experienced coaches.
