This 360° programme is aimed at executives and senior managers. These are executives who lead teams, often made up of managers, in fast-changing environments.
This feedback tool measures their leadership skills to highlight the strengths they can build on in their day-to-day management and the behaviours and skills they need to strengthen to perform their role even better.
The 360° questionnaire is based on the most recent observations and research on the leadership skills required to hold this level of responsibility. It is based on the Qualintra database, which is constantly being enhanced in line with the projects we carry out for our customers.
The questionnaire is organised around 4 families of skills: Getting things moving,
Managing complexity,
Anticipating and innovating,
Interact effectively and intelligently
Scores are expressed on a scale of 1 to 6.
Each family is broken down into skills, and each skill is described in the form of several questions. Each question assesses an observable behaviour on a six-point scale: completely agree, agree, tend to agree, tend to disagree, disagree, completely disagree. Two open-ended questions at the end of the questionnaire allow participants to express themselves freely on the strengths and areas for improvement that they see in the person being assessed. These comments feed into the analysis of the figures and provide valuable material for interpreting the results.
This questionnaire is aimed at a very senior target group. The assessments of certain behaviours that involve the participant, such as innovating or interacting, may go beyond the professional sphere to resonate more deeply in emotional spheres linked to personality. Depending on the individual, the emotional charge can be strong and reactions of denial cannot be ruled out. The 360° debriefing therefore requires a high level of sensitivity and empathy. It should be carried out by experienced coaches.
