The project began with a pilot project involving the 60 members of the extended Executive Committee.
This project will make it possible to adjust the tool for the rest of the organisation and gradually introduce greater openness, enabling the management team to be more agile in the long term and to respond better to the expectations of the market and the various stakeholders.
